I've managed teams in the SAAS world for over 20 years. The last 15 years have been dedicated to leading Customer Success teams.

I've been providing coaching on a one-to-one basis throughout this period but on a commercial basis for the last 12 months.

I'm currently coaching 10 CSMs and CS Leaders on a direct basis or funded by the employer.

My approach is largely led by the client. We're all different, we think differently and have different needs. A one-size fits all approach might be easier to deliver but would be far less impactful. 

During our sessions we will focus on what's impacting you the most right now!

I offer coaching exclusively on a one-to-one basis. Typically sessions are delivered remotely via a video call but also in-person by arrangement.

Everyone is welcome to take advantage of the free 30-minute taster session. Thereafter 1-hour coaching sessions are available on a one-off basis or as a program of 5 sessions.
